Terms and Conditions

Policies for Flight Tickets:

Flights available on www.sukoonexpedia.com are subject to the terms and conditions of the particular airline.

Baggage, meals and other services for a flight on a particular fare are as per that respective airline’s terms & conditions.

Sukoon Expedition only provides a facility to the customer to book a flight ticket. Sukoon Expedition has no role to play in the utilization of any service of the flight, it’s always an agreement between the customer and the respective airline.

As airlines have the right to cancel, reschedule, and reroute the flight without any prior notice, Sukoon Expedition is not responsible for such scenarios.

Sukoon Expedition is not liable for any loss, incidents and tragedy that customer faces during utilization of any service.

Adult age must be 12 + years, child age must be 02 to 12 years and an infant’s age must be under 24 months on the date of departure or else if, in such scenarios customer is unable to board the flight or have to pay an extra amount to the airline, Sukoon Expedition will not be liable to anyone.

Sukoon Expedition shall not be liable to anyone in case booking/flights effected due to covid-19 pandemic, lockdown imposed by Government and any restrictions imposed by the Government.

It is the customer’s/passenger's sole responsibility to stay updated on the state policies of covid-19 guidelines, Sukoon Expedition plays no role regarding the same.

Cancellation Policies for Flight Tickets:Series Fare / Group Fare

1. This group ticket is 100% Non Refundable, Non Changeable & Non Cancellable.

2. Charged fare is totally agreed between "BUYER & SELLER", any issues related to fares thereafter will not be entertained.

3. Check flight & passenger(s) details directly by logging / calling to the respective airlines, any dispute with in 24 hours prior to departure will not be entertained.

4. No updates will be shared from our end in respect to flight cancellation / changes in timings, "BUYER" had to check directly with the respective airlines before departure.

5. Web checkin not allowed in this ticket.

6. In case of covid positive passenger ,only the purchase amount will be refunded in our fix departures . 7.The Names will be updated with D-7 , D-5 ,D-3 as per the Airlines .

7. No Meals will be Provided in Group Fare.

8. Customer needs to Provide Noc OR Written acknowledgement immediately to after getting the flight PNR - for payment release to sukoon Expedition - 10 Only PNR will be shared - No Flight tickets will be issued .- Flight ticket will be issue 3-7 days before the departure.

Note : No Refund on : Peak Travel Dates , Republic Day / independence day / holi / deepawali / gandhi jayanti / christmas / new year or any other long weekend etc and we charge 100 % amount on Peak travel dates by the guest . ( Applicable on Travel Destination - Domestic and International )

Cancellation policies for Flight:Online Fare

If a passenger wants to cancel/change a booking, an airline penalty with a Sukoon Expedition service fee of INR 500/- per person will be applicable. ( Airline penalty will be applicable as per the particular airline )

Cancellation, rescheduling, and any amendment can be done 04 Hrs. prior to the departure time.

For Air India and other international airlines, cancellation, rescheduling, and any amendment can be done 24 Hrs. prior to the departure time.

In case of No-Show, the refund will be applicable as per the respective airline along with the deduction of our service fee of INR 500/- per person.

The convenience fee paid to Sukoon Expedition is Non-Refundable.

In case cancellation is made directly with the airline, passengers must raise a refund request with the Sukoon Expedition so the refund procedure can be initiated.

Incase of partial cancellation, Sukoon Expedition convenience fee and any discount available through the coupon code or promo code will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund shall be processed as per the airline policy or airline fare rules.

Sukoon Expedition shall only initiate the refund amount to the same source account after receiving it from the respective airline.

For any amendment to the booking, the customer shall be liable to pay any charges levied by the respective airline with Sukoon Expedition service fee of INR 500/- per person.

Cancellation Policy for Land packages:

(Domestic and International )

50% of the total Package cost - before 30 days from the date of arrival

70% of the total Package cost - before 15 days from the date of arrival

90% of the total Package cost - before 10 days from the date of arrival

100% of the total Package cost -0-10 days from the date of arrival

Covid -19 ( 100 % Credit note * Validity 6 Months - Transferrable Extra charges depending upon the supplier )

***The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air tickets, Travel Insurance or any other third-party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per Airline Policy, Insurance Company or respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.

****Cancellation policies of all the 5-star hotels will be provided to the clients separately.

Booking Terms:
Booking/Payment Policy for Travel Destination - (Domestic and International )

Flight amount 100% payable-

Land Package amount only 30,000 INR /- for First installment OR 50 % which Ever is Higher

Rest amount 25 Days before the Trip

Airfare quoted at the time of package creation is subject to change at the time of booking depending on fare fluctuations.

We need minimum 72 working hours to reply back on your booking confirmation, if we fail to give you the proposed services then we will provide you similar options or we will refund your received amount.

Passport copies of all Guests (front page, address page or any observation page if any) needs to be provided at the time of booking along with the initial payment, if you do not provide the same the booking process will be delayed.

Any verbal conversations regarding the Trip/Package will be considered null & void. Only written communications over mail or whatsapp will be accepted.

As per the new RBI guidelines, PANCARD IS MANDATORY for every Booking & Travel.

100% payment to be made for Domestic packages 15 days prior to departure date.

100% payment to be made for International packages 21 days prior to departure date.

Travel Vouchers:

Travel vouchers will be provided within 3-5 working days of receipt of Final Payment.

Travel Itinerary provided at the time of booking is Tentative and the final itinerary will be shared on arrival at your destination as it all depends on the final discretion of our local counterpart at that particular destination.

Terms & Conditions:

The prices mentioned per person are on a twin sharing/quad sharing basis.

Not more than 4 adults are allowed in one room.

The extra occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/roll away or an extra bed.

The price of the Holiday Services does not include - Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.

Any meals, services, and activities not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels, arrangements for alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar quality & standard.

Room heaters in hotel rooms will be provided at no extra cost.

Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal unless specified.

Drivers may switch off AC during hill drives.

Sukoon Expedition reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will indeed do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, We would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

As per the laid norms, it is mandatory for all guests to carry a valid Passport and ID cards. The passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of completion of travel. Handwritten passports are not eligible as valid travel documents for travel. Passengers with children need to carry a Birth Certificate( In English ) along with a School ID card (ID proof should be valid for 6 months from the travel date)

GST /TCS shall be applicable over and above the Travel package prices.

Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

All Travel packages include standard or base category rooms unless selected otherwise.

Meal plan:

EP - Accommodation only

CP - Accommodation with Breakfast

MAP - Accommodation with Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner

AP - Accommodation with Breakfast, Lunch and dinner

Terms and Conditions for Water Sports Activities:-

These activities are subject to weather conditions and there will be no refund applicable for the activities cancelled due to weather conditions.

Kids below 8 years are not allowed for Water Sports Activities and the parents will undertake the activities one parent at a time.

Kids between 8 to 12 years may not be allowed on Watersport activities if they do not meet the height and/or weight criteria and the same will be informed on the spot. In such cases there will be no refund applicable for the kid/kids.

Influence Under Alcohol / any Other Drugs Will not be Allowed to do Water Sports Activity / Guest Advice to keep a Gap of at At least 24 hrs.
