3. Airlines E-Tickets – An e-ticket is a paperless document with a unique confirmation number, which will replace a paper ticket. After completing payment, your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address provided during booking. If you don’t have an email address, you can receive the details via phone or collect the e-ticket from our office or the airline’s counter at the airport by providing the confirmation number (PNR).
4. Paper Tickets – For airlines still issuing paper tickets, you will receive the booking confirmation number immediately after completing payment. Paper tickets will be dispatched to the address provided at the time of booking within 3 business days. Sukoon Expedia is not responsible if you are unavailable at the address to receive the delivery.
