Cancellations and Refunds Policy

  1. Payment Policy:
    • A minimum booking deposit of 10,000 is required through our payment gateway, with no surcharge. For land packages, 25% of the package cost must be paid within 2 days of booking, with full payment due for flight tickets within 2 days. For low-cost carriers, Sukoon Expedia cannot guarantee booking confirmations.
    • The remaining balance must be paid at least 35 days before departure. If payment is not received by this time, the booking will be canceled without refund.
  2. Holiday Package Terms:
    • Cancellation Charges:
      • 30% of the package cost for cancellations made between the date of booking and 30 days before departure.
      • 100% cancellation charges if made 35 days or less before departure.
      • “No-show” results in total forfeiture of the package cost.
    • Refund Process:
      • Refunds usually take 15 working days after the cancellation request is processed and funds are transferred electronically to your bank account.
  3. Flight Cancellations by Airlines: Sukoon Expedia is not responsible for any flight cancellations made by airlines due to reasons such as bad weather, bankruptcy, or natural disasters. However, we will make every effort to inform passengers as soon as we are made aware of any flight cancellations.
  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    • Most airline tickets, hotels, prepaid car rentals, and vacation packages are non-refundable.
    • Cancellations can only be made by phone. Refund requests will only be accepted if the fare rules permit cancellations and refunds.
    • Refund eligibility depends on whether you are a “no show” and if we can obtain waiver approvals from the suppliers.
    • Refunds may take 4 to 6 weeks to process, and all requests will be handled sequentially. Sukoon Expedia charges a processing fee of $80-$500 per ticket, depending on the supplier’s refund policies.
    • If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, less applicable penalties and fees.
  5. Multiple Airline Itineraries: If your itinerary includes multiple airlines, each airline will apply its own fare rules and policies (such as baggage fees, change fees, and refund policies). Changes, refunds, or exchanges may incur additional charges from each airline. If a flight schedule change or cancellation occurs, the other airline involved is not liable to issue a refund or alter your itinerary.
    Please review the terms and conditions of each airline involved in your trip to understand their policies regarding check-in, baggage, and other requirements.
  6. Exchange Fees: Sukoon Expedia charges an exchange fee for itineraries where changes are allowed, in addition to airline penalties and any fare difference. Please contact our customer service team for a full breakdown of exchange fees and total costs.
  7. Changes to Flights Already Purchased: Any changes made to your itinerary are subject to airline fare rules and may incur penalties. Most of our airline tickets, hotels, packages, and cruises do not allow changes to dates or names once booked. Sukoon Expedia is not responsible for any changes to your booking made by the airline, whether initiated by the airline or by you.
  8. Flight Schedule Changes on the Day of Departure: If an airline changes your flight schedule on the day of departure or cancels it within 4 hours of the scheduled departure, we will notify you via email or phone. In such cases, the email will serve as the final notice. Some tickets may be non-refundable if the flight is cancelled within 4 hours of departure. For refund eligibility, please check the airline’s policy.
    Flight schedules may be changed due to weather conditions, and airlines have the sole authority over refunds in case of cancellations. Sukoon Expedia is not responsible for any delays or cancellations on connecting flights; please contact the airline directly for assistance.
  9. Cancel and Exchange Policies:
    • Most of our tickets are non-refundable. In some cases, where the airline allows cancellations, a credit may be issued for future travel with the same airline, subject to applicable penalties and fare differences.
    • Cancellations must be made prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment. We retain a cancellation fee at the time of processing your request.
    • If you choose to use your credit, you will be required to pay the fare difference and any applicable exchange fees.
    • Changes to bookings are governed by the airline’s policies and are beyond Sukoon Expedia’s control.
  10. Online Transaction Booking Fees: Sukoon Expedia charges a booking service fee of approximately $35 per person for most online airfare purchases, including both international and domestic travel. This fee is subject to change without prior notice. The final price you pay will include all applicable fees and discounts. If you are not satisfied with the total price, you are free to choose not to complete the transaction.
  11. Billing: Your credit card may be billed in multiple charges, but the total billed amount will not exceed the final price of the booking. Please note that all service fees related to the transaction are non-refundable.
  12. Service Fees: The service fee is for using our website and booking platform. Fees for booking through our call center may be higher. Sukoon Expedia makes no representations regarding these service fees, which are subject to change at any time. We also do not guarantee changes or refunds on bookings made, as these are governed by airline or supplier policies.
